These terms and conditions are applicable to your use of this website. By using this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Please note that all samples, loops , vocals & sounds are totaly and 100% copyright-free (royalty-free).
You can monetize/sell music you have composed using our sounds without the need of any kind of licenses, and no one will ask you for royalty payment for usage of our sounds and samples, nor crediting them or any person/group including us.

Buying Downloads

The "Downloads" we sell are "Products" in digital format. These Products are compressed into ZIP/RAR files (made smaller using compression software) to enable faster downloading. You will be able to use the Product as if you had installed it from a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. It only takes 1-2 minute to decompress a Product, and happily, both Windows and Mac OSX have options to do so within their platforms. So, there is no need to pay for additional software. If you are still unsure about how to decompress our products, then please refer to youtube tutorials for assistance.

Receiving Downloads

Once payment is processed, buyer will be redirected to a download page, where all purchased products are listed and attached with a download button.

On the reserve side, all purchases are sent as a download link via e-mail (Downloads should be sent immediately. If you do not receive your link right away, check your spam filter to make sure it has not been sent there)

If you still don’t receive any of the above, we ask you to email our support mail at support@bulletsounds.com with your order info and we will resend you the link as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment will be deducted from the Credit or Debit Card (via Stripe) or through PayPal. You will not receive any download links until full payment is received.

Refund Policy

Please note that you have chose to accept our terms and conditions before making the purchase, which means satisfaction is not reasonable excuse, and all products are briefly demonstrated and detailed for you before authorizing your payment(s)

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. All purchases are final once download is triggered.

You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded.
